Welcome to Baghsheen. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Baghsheen website, including purchases of products available through our online store.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Baghsheen currently offers D2C products including its Daily Nutrition Kit.
Fresh microgreens supplied for restaurants, businesses, institutions and other commercial customers may be offered separately as a B2B product under Aifconic Business & Marketing Private Limited.
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, quantities and availability may be changed from time to time.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on the website is accurate and current.
However, minor differences may occur due to:
- Natural variation in seeds and agricultural products
- Packaging variations
- Photography and screen/display differences
- Changes in packaging or presentation
- Availability of particular seed varieties
Customers should carefully review the product description before placing an order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed for the Daily Nutrition Kit are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Baghsheen reserves the right to change prices, offers, discounts and promotions at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
5. Orders
An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
Baghsheen reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Delivery restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
If Baghsheen cancels an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
Baghsheen does not intentionally retain complete payment-card information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
7. Shipping
Baghsheen currently ships across India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partner.
Our fulfilment process generally requires 7–10 days, as products may require fresh seed procurement and preparation before dispatch.
After dispatch, shipping generally takes approximately 4–6 days, depending on destination, courier serviceability and other logistical circumstances.
We use Shiprocket and/or logistics partners made available through Shiprocket for order fulfilment.
Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹1,499, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Baghsheen's reasonable control.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, phone number and other information required for delivery.
Baghsheen is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect contact details
- Recipient unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Location being outside courier serviceability
- Repeated delivery attempts being unsuccessful
9. Money-Back Guarantee
Certain Daily Nutrition Kit products may carry a 30-Day or 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, depending on the product and supply period purchased.
The applicable guarantee period will be stated on the relevant product page or order.
To request a refund under the guarantee, customers must email support@baghsheen.com and provide:
- Order details
- Customer name
- Registered email address
- Reason for requesting the refund
- Any information reasonably required by our support team
Before processing a refund relating to growing performance, Baghsheen may first provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to help the customer use the product correctly.
Eligible refunds are generally processed within 20–30 business days after approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with a return or refund request, including shipping costs incurred for sending the product back to Baghsheen where a physical return is required.
10. Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact Baghsheen at support@baghsheen.com and request an exchange.
Customers should provide clear photographs of:
- The outer shipping package
- The product
- The damaged portion
- Any relevant shipping label
Customers may also be asked to provide an unboxing video where available.
Damage claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Baghsheen will review the claim and, where the damage is verified and the claim is eligible, arrange an exchange or another appropriate resolution.
11. Growing Assistance
Baghsheen products may require customers to follow specified growing instructions.
If a customer experiences difficulty growing microgreens, our team may first provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Customers are expected to follow the provided instructions regarding:
- Sowing
- Watering
- Lighting
- Germination
- Growing conditions
- Harvesting
- Hygiene and handling
Where a customer remains dissatisfied after reasonable troubleshooting assistance, an eligible refund may be considered under the applicable Money-Back Guarantee.
12. No Subscription
The Daily Nutrition Kit is currently sold as a one-time purchase unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Baghsheen does not currently operate an automatic recurring subscription for the D2C Daily Nutrition Kit.
13. Fresh B2B Microgreens
Fresh microgreens supplied to restaurants, businesses and other commercial customers are governed by separate commercial terms agreed between the parties.
Fresh B2B microgreens are perishable products and are generally not eligible for consumer-style returns.
Any B2B quality, quantity, delivery or commercial dispute should be raised promptly with the relevant Baghsheen/Aifconic representative.
14. Food & Growing Disclaimer
Baghsheen products are intended to support home growing and food/nutrition-related use.
Information published on the website should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Individual results may vary.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions or specific nutritional requirements should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
15. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Baghsheen website, including but not limited to:
- Brand names
- Logos
- Product names
- Product photographs
- Graphics
- Videos
- Text
- Designs
- Website layouts
- Marketing material
- Original educational content
is owned by or licensed to Baghsheen and/or its relevant business entities.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or republished without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
16. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by:
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Introducing malicious software
- Interfering with website functionality
- Using automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions
- Using Baghsheen content for misleading commercial purposes
17. Third-Party Services
The Baghsheen website may use third-party services for payments, logistics, analytics, advertising, hosting and other operational functions.

18. Limitation of Liability

19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Baghsheen may update these Terms from time to time.
