Fresh Microgreens Policy

Fresh microgreens are perishable products and are handled differently from non-perishable D2C products.
B2B Fresh Microgreens
Fresh B2B microgreens are supplied under Aifconic Business & Marketing Private Limited.
Fresh microgreens are generally:
- Harvested close to dispatch
- Handled under appropriate conditions
- Intended for prompt consumption
- Transported through cold-chain logistics where applicable
Our standard fresh-produce shelf-life expectation is approximately 7 days, subject to proper storage and handling.
Harvest & Dispatch
Where applicable, fresh microgreens are generally harvested within approximately 30 minutes of the relevant dispatch/packing process.
Actual harvest timing may vary depending on the product, order and operational requirements.
Fresh Produce Returns
Because fresh microgreens are perishable products, they are generally not eligible for return.
If there is a genuine quality, damage or delivery issue, the customer should contact the relevant Baghsheen/Aifconic representative as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
Photographs and other evidence may be requested to assess the issue.
