Returns & Exchange Policy

 

At Bagh Sheen, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction throughout your shopping experience. However, we recognise that situations may arise where you need to cancel or return your order. This policy is designed to provide clarity and facilitate a smooth resolution for cancellations and returns.


Cancellations:


  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please promptly contact us via email at care.direct@expunch.com.
  • Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation is not guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


    Returns & Exchange:


    • Items that are Unopened, and undamaged can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been Used.
    • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at care.direct@expunch.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return package.

    Exchange:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your exchange goods within 7 business days. 


      Exceptions:


      • Returns are not accepted for sale items, personalised items, or gift certificates.
      • In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly address the issue.


        Please Note:


        • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not adhere to our return policy.
        • The availability of exchange items cannot be guaranteed.
        • Shipping and handling fees associated with your original order are non-refundable.
